PROPANE

Home Heat - We offer two options for our home heat contracts, prepaid in full or paid 1/3 down with balance due at a later date. Another option is to utilize our budget program which calculates a monthly cost based on your previous usage. Another program we have available is our keep fill program in which our drivers are able to track usage based on weather conditions and patterns to better serve you.

Crop Drying - Contracting for dryer gas can prepaid in full or 8 cents per gallon prepaid. We also have the ability to service those who are able to take a transport load.

We also offer temporary tank sets for construction or others requiring a temporary heat source.

For any questions on the properties of propane or propane safety you can visit //www.propane101.com/  or contact an energy team member who would be happy to answer any questions you might have.

REFINED FUELS

Premium Diesel - As a licensed Cenex distributor we carry their branded premium fuel line which includes Cenex Roadmaster XL, Cenex Ruby Fieldmaster, and Cenex Wintermaster. These are all premium fuels which contain the seven ingredient additive package exclusive to Cenex fuels.

Automated Fuel Delivery - This monitoring system is very beneficial for everyone! It allows you to pay for your fuel as you use it instead of tying cash up in a delivery that you aren't going to use. Using this consumption billing also adds a layer of risk protection by billing based on price averages rather than spot prices so you don't get stuck paying full price during a price spike.

LUBRICANTS

As a Cenex distributor Glacial Plains Cooperative also has access to the full line of Cenex Lubricants. This product line covers everything from industrial hydraulic, heavy duty diesel engine oil, tractor fluids, and more! These products are all available as packaged products and a few of the more common fluids are available in bulk as well. Looking for a grease? We can handle that too! The full line of Cenex greases is also available through our energy department.

Don't have a bulk system and want one? No problem! We have a couple options to get you set up with a bulk tote system!

Not sure which lubricant is right for your application? Give us a call or visit www.cenex.com and use the equipment lookup tool under the lubricant tab.

TOTAL PROTECTION PLAN

Using Cenex products comes with a unique benefit in the Cenex Total Protection Plan Warranty. The use of Cenex lubricants allows Cenex to stand behind their product and financially cover a wide variety of breakdowns that you may have. With the variety of components being covered through your machine it gives the peace of mind knowing you are covered. MARKET NEWS

China: In an interview on CNBC, President Donald Trump said that he is ready to place tariffs on $500 billion worth of imported goods from China. These comments from President Trump again fuel the fear of a trade war between the world’s two largest economies.

Saudi Arabia: Saudi Arabia’s OPEC Governor Adeeb Al-Aama said in a statement that it expects its crude oil exports to drop by nearly 100,000 barrels per day in August as they are concerned about pumping too much crude into the market. Adeeb Al-Aama also stated that July exports will be similar to the number seen in June. Since official numbers for June have not been released yet, an industry source has said that Saudi Arabia exported 7.2 million bpd in June compared with the official number in May of 6.984 million bpd.

Japan: The head of Japan’s oil refiners association said that Japanese oil refineries will stop loading Iranian crude by mid-September and that the final shipments will arrive in early October. This comes after the U.S. has pressured many countries to halt crude imports from Iran by November after the U.S. re-imposed sanctions.

Market Opinion: Markets are starting the day off relatively quiet across the board. After the large fall we had to start the week markets have been clawing their way back throughout the week. After yesterday’s relatively muted trade session look for the news from Saudi Arabia to give this market a bit of strength today. Also, keep an eye on the trade talk between U.S. and China as the first fears of a "trade war" gave the market plenty of fuel to run higher once rumored.
