Hogs Close Higher in the Front Months on Friday -
Lean hog futures posted front month strength on Friday, with contracts up a dime to $1 at the close. April was back down 72 cents on the week. The Wheat Closes Lower on Friday -The wheat complex posted weaker trade on Friday across the three markets as March Rolled off the board. Chicago SRW was the weaker of the three, Soybeans Close Higher on Friday -Soybeans settled the Friday session with 5 to 7 cent gains across most contracts, with March rolling off the board. May futures were down 9 cents Cotton Posts Friday Strength -Cotton futures rallied on Friday, with contracts up 68 to 90 points at the close, as May was up 130 points this week. Crude oil futures were back up Cattle Post Gains on Friday, Helped by Cah Strength -Live cattle futures posted gains of 75 cent to $1.125 across most front months on Friday, with April rallying $2.90 on the week. Cash trade got Corn Falls Lower into the Weekend -The corn market closed Friday with front months down 6 to 8 cents in the nearbys as March expired and May dropping 10 ¾ cents on the week.
